Your job board, saved vacancy details, notes and reminders are stored in this browser. Settings are kept in Chrome extension storage. Export a CSV backup from Settings before clearing browser data or removing the extension.

Permissions and job sites

Storage keeps your data. Alarms and notifications deliver reminders. Active tab and scripting read the vacancy you choose to save; if a page cannot be read, use the manual form.

Automatic duplicate badges run on supported job sites: LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Glassdoor, Workable and ZipRecruiter. The extension does not need your browsing history.

Usage statistics

Website visits are measured with Rybbit. The extension uses separate anonymous usage statistics; turn them off with “Share anonymous usage statistics” in Settings. Job titles, companies, notes, vacancy URLs and email addresses are excluded from those events.

Optional online features

Sync, licensing and AI features have additional data flows. Their service details will be documented here as they are released. Local tracking does not require an account.
